- Accountancy support and book keeping.
- Sage AAT qualified with over 10 years experience.
- Permanent and adhoc account support.
- Credit Control-chasing for payment dates, generating email follow ups and legal letters for overdue payments.
- Communicating with all department managers for correct wording to appear on the invoices.
- Updating customers bank details and addresses (Sage, Freshbooks, Kashflow, Axapta and Max to name a few)
- Creating new customers and vendors on the system.
- Creating adjustments and issuing credit notes.
